Maintenance/Support

Primate provides customers an Annual Maintenance and Support plan to assist with issues or problems that arise from originally delivered software, annual updates, and minor patches made to Primate products throughout the year.

With the maintenance and support plan, Primate supports customers with each of the following:

  • Answering any questions customers may have regarding use of Primate provided solutions,
  • Assisting with troubleshooting any problems or issues that arise during ongoing use, and
  • Providing updates to resolve problems or issues that were originally specified, but do not function as specified due to some unforeseen, and therefore, untested or unknown, set of sequences.
