Primate Technologies, Inc. provides training to customers for products purchased from P-Tech. P-Tech’s intention is to train customers to be self-sufficient and therefore, not obligated to rely on P-Tech for all future modifications and changes. Training is primarily performed on site when P-Tech personnel are performing site installation and configuration for products and solutions. However, P-Tech is available to return to site or have customers’ employees go to one of P-Tech’s offices for other training sessions required.

Training is based upon a combination of presentations and hands on experience with the solutions purchased from P-Tech. There are no limits to the number of students per class and instructor’s training notes and training materials are retained by the customer to facilitate ongoing training and for orienting future employees.
