P-Tech provides customers an Annual Maintenance and Support plan to assist with issues or problems that arise from originally delivered software, annual updates, and minor patches made to P-Tech products throughout the year.

With the maintenance and support plan, P-Tech supports customers with each of the following:

• Answering any questions customers may have regarding use of P-Tech provided solutions,
• Assisting with troubleshooting any problems or issues that arise during ongoing use, and
• Providing updates to resolve problems or issues that were originally specified, but do not function as specified due to some unforeseen, and therefore, untested or unknown, set of sequences.
